Jamie Reid
Production Manager
With a professional musician for a father, Jamie was immersed in all kinds of sounds from a very young age.
Jamie went on to complete a degree in business from Macquarie Uni and his broad professional experience ranges from project management, teacher, client service and live musician.
On weekends you often find him mixing tunes on his turntables in some of Sydney's hotspots. It always amazes us how he can front up to work Monday mornings looking fresh and ready to go.
Jamie is the organised one on the team. He manages the studio and ensures all work is completed at the highest possible standard. He's the kind of guy who pairs his socks, irons his handkerchiefs and alphabetises his DVD collection.
Jamie often wears socks with open toe sandals as if this were a completely reasonable thing to do.

Lars Welle
Composer
Lars achieved A-grade status in his Master of Music from the University of Oslo and has gone on to make a valuable contribution to music on the international market. He has worked as a composer for television and advertising projects and several short films. He recently wrote a score for the Australian feature film released The Backpacker – 2010 Embassy Pictures, and is currently based in Norway.
He has learnt many lessons from a life led lasciviously as drummer and songwriter with the Norwegian Thrash Band Imbalance. The band has been hugely successful, regularly touring throughout Europe.
The critics can't get enough of their debut album Period Three Implies Chaos with Heaymetal.no saying "This is some of the best thrash I've ever heard! 10/10" and Pul Magazine, "This is aggressive, varied and clearly performed by skilled musicians with their hearts in a chest of metal". Bravewolds.com wrote a review of the album saying "This is the soundtrack to Armageddon 9.5/10" - which was apparently meant as a compliment.
Lars is a virtuosic drummer and multi-instrumentalist, with an ear for detail; allowing him to compose with precision in any genre.
Put your heart in his hands and remember… what Lars Welle, ends well!
